3. No Guarantee of Results

While we use industry best practices and proven strategies, we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes. SEO results depend on many factors including market competition, algorithm changes, and client cooperation. Past results referenced on our website are specific to those clients and do not guarantee similar outcomes.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue payments exceeding 30 days.

5. Cancellation Policy

Our services operate on a rolling monthly basis with no long-term contracts. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed in full.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the iTech Digital website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of iTech Digital and protected by UK copyright law. Work product created specifically for clients during a service engagement will be transferred to the client upon full payment.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely access to their website, Google accounts, and other necessary platforms. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any content, images, or materials they provide to us.

8. Limitation of Liability

iTech Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, introduce malicious software, or use automated tools to scrape our content without permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
